I'm a rising senior at the University of Arizona's Franke Honors College, triple majoring in Information Science, Psychology, and Spanish, and starting UA's accelerated M.S. in Machine Learning this fall. I transferred from Cochise College, where I earned my Associate of Science and served as Student Government President.

Most of my work sits at the crossroads of data and people. I use Python, R, SQL, and GIS for research and community projects, and I also work in student conduct and behavioral assessment at Pima Community College, which keeps me connected to the human side of things. Long-term, I'm working toward a PhD in clinical psychology to serve border and Latinx communities, and serving as Vice President of Tau Sigma this year feels like a nice part of that path :)

I'm originally from Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, and grew up crossing the border daily. Outside of school and work, I enjoy running, photography, and working on a bilingual poetry project about migration and family separation. So excited to be part of this chapter!
